OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a reliability rating to OOO UK TEN-Development (Moscow). The rating is "BBB" on the national scale and "BB" on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

The rating is based on stable growth in assets under management, high asset quality and close business ties to the TEN group.

Constraining factors include highly concentrated assets under management (a single major closed mutual real estate investment fund).

OOO UK TEN-Development is a private-sector limited liability Russian asset management company set up in 2009. It is licensed to manage investment funds, mutual funds and non-state pension funds.

The Company manages a single closed mutual real estate investment fund, Aktiv-PremierTrust, whose assets consist mainly of retail facilities in Moscow. The Company ranks among the top thirty asset management companies in Russia by volume of assets under management.

During the rating process RusRating was provided with information about the Aktiv-PremierTrust fund, but in accordance with the Russian law "On the securities market" this information is only provided to qualified investors.
