RusRating Assigns Reliability Rating to Concern General Invest
OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has assigned a reliability rating to Concern General Invest (Moscow). The rating is “BBB” on the national scale and “BB” on the international scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.
The rating is based on successful operations in the securities market, effective corporate governance, and scope for support from the parent group.
Constraining factors include the Company's relatively modest size.
Concern General Invest is a Russian investment company that belongs to the General Invest group, a European holding with its head office in Italy and subsidiaries in Russia, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belarus, Moldova and Armenia. Its ultimate beneficiary owner is Vincenzo Trani.
Most liabilities take the form of obligations to affiliated companies or client resources held in brokerage accounts; there are no signs of concentration by individual client. Assets include shares in Luxembourg-registered Mikro Fund, which is managed by Mikro Kapital s.a.r.l. and extends loans to small and mid-sized businesses in CIS countries. Profitability is high. Risk sensitivity is low. Liquidity is sufficient.
