OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2014. Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev has held a meeting with Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan Elyor Ganiyev, the press service of Kazakh Ministry of National Economy informs.

Ministers discussed the issues of trade and economic partnership, as well as the prospects of investment cooperation between the two countries.

From 2005 to the 1st half of 2014 the inflow of direct investment from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan's economy amounted to 14.9 million dollars.

Trade turnover over the first 9 months of 2014 amounted to 1 545.2 million dollars.
