OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has bought back from the bondholders exercising their option 1,531,272 exchange-traded Series BO-01 bonds at the purchase price of 1,000 rubles per exchange-traded bond.

The total buyback amount ran up to 1,531,272,000 (one billion five hundred and thirty-one million two hundred and seventy-two thousand) rubles.

The Bank has honored its buyback option promise in full on the due date.
