OREANDA-NEWS. November 26, 2014. Sviaz-Bank’s BLIZKO Payment System and Banca de Economii А.О. (Moldova) have entered into a partnership agreement authorizing the Moldovan lending institution to handle money transfers in rubles, U.S. dollars, and euros at its offices in the republic’s territory.

Banca de Economii A.О. operates the biggest banking network in Moldova – 37 branches and 537 offices across the republic. Banca de Economii’s network of offices amounts to 45% of the country’s overall retail banking system that reaches out to nearly 400 cities and towns in Moldova.

Cooperation with Banca de Economii A.O., the biggest retail banking network operator in Moldova, will give the BLIZKO system an opportunity to expand its presence significantly in big cities and remote communities of less than 10,000 residents each in the republic.
