Credit Bank of Moscow Announces New Member of Supervisory Board
OREANDA-NEWS. On November 21, 2014, an extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW re-elected the Supervisory Board.
Alexey Stepanenko, First Vice President of MCB Capital, became its member.
Following the election, CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW's Supervisory Board consists of 10 members: Roman Avdeev (non-executive director), Andrew Gazitua (independent director), Thomas Grasse (non-executive director), Mikhail Kuznetsov (non-executive director), Alexander Nikolashin (non-executive director), William Owens (independent director), Bernard Sucher (independent director), Alexey Stepanenko (non-executive director), Nicholas Haag (independent director) and Vladimir Chubar (executive director, chairman of the Management Board).
Alexey Stepanenko began his career in OJSC "IMPEXBANK" in 2004 as a Lead Associate at Corporate Finance Unit of Investment Business Department.
In 2006 - 2008 he was a Head of Market Research Unit in LLC "IG East Kommerts".
Alexey Stepanenko joined CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW in February 2009 as a Head of Sectoral Risk Monitoring Unit. At various times, he was the Head of Financial and Sectoral Risks Analysis Unit, Head of Financial Risk Department, Deputy Director of Risk Division and Director of Analytical Division.
In July 2012 he was promoted to a Vice President of CREDIT BANK OF MOSCOW, and in 2013 he was appointed to the position of the Vice President of MCB Capital. Currently he is a First Vice President of MCB Capital.
