OREANDA-NEWS. BGN50-3,0-3 l vacuum filter will be updated according to the Customer's technical requirements. Delivery of BGN50-3,0-3 L vacuum filter is scheduled for April 2015.

The equipment will be made of carbon steel. The filter weight is 15.48 tons. The device length is 7.81 meter, its width is 4.32 and height is 4.17 meter. The drum diameter is about 3 meter.

Drum pressurized vacuum filter is designed for complete and partial separation of liquid heterogeneous systems in a form of suspension and the liquid phase - a filtrate and the solid phase - where residues are produced by filtering method via a diffusion filter barrier.

At Angarsk Petrochemical Company BGN50-3,0-3 L vacuum filter will be used in the technological process by separating paraffin from the lubricating oils.

Uralhimmash factory more than once have produced BGN50-3,0-3 L vacuum filters.

In 2003 the factory produced two vacuum filters for Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez Ltd and in the same year, one set of the similar filtering equipment was manufactured and shipped to Novokuibyshevsk Plant of Oils and Additives Ltd and PromRegionTorg Ltd.

In 2007 the factory manufactured vacuum filter for NovoUfa Oil Refinery, two more sets of BGN50 vacuum filters were produced for the same Customer in 2012.

One more vacuum filter was manufactured for Novokuibyshevsk Plant of Oils and Additives Ltd in 2010.

The total weight of all the BGN50 vacuum filters delivered from 2003 is about 124 tons.
