In line with this commitment, the Company launched 2 Consumer Centres in a day adding to a total of 31 centres. These centres are located in Vikhroli East at Maruti Krupa, Kannamwar Nagar & Malad (W) at Malwani Mahavir CHS Ltd, MHADA Layout at Malwani Gate No.8. These centres have been designed with the mantra of convenience and being closer to consumer's hearts and homes which will provide unmatched convenience of over-the-counter bill payment options.

Hon'ble Corporator Priyanka Shrungare inaugurated the Vikhroli centre and Hon'ble MLA Aslam Shaikh inaugurated the Malwani, Malad centre, respectively.

Time after time, the Company has reiterated its commitment towards consumer convenience & satisfaction by empowering its Mumbai consumers with choice, like its 'Right to Choose' option, and by providing them with the best in class service, like cheaper & reliable power supply. While Tata Power has many other offline payment options like Cheque drop boxes, ICICI Bank Branches, Suvidhaa and Itz Cash World outlets, the objective behind opening this centre in Vikhroli & Malwani, Malad is to provide the local consumers who are mainly low consumption consumers with a neighbourhood Tata Power convenient cash and cheque payment centre. The Company plans to add more of such centres and has also set-up various multi-lingual customer relations centres across the city to provide easy access to all our services.
