OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2014. Zhang Wei, Vice President of Sinochem Group and General Manager of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration and Production Co., Ltd. met the visiting delegation led by Anupam Mathur, CEO of TATA Petrodyne Limited – one subsidiary of Tata Group in India. Both sides conducted in-depth communication over the progress of Indonesia-based MB project, future work aim and cooperation for new projects.

Vice President Zhang noted in the meeting that Sinochem Group and Tata Group shared many commonalities in fields like energy and chemical engineering. Besides, both enjoyed sound cooperation foundation for Indonesia-based MB project. The group company could learn a lot from Tata Group in terms of operator supervision. Zhang hoped both sides to double efforts to jointly promote the development of MB project.

Anupam Mathur expressed his appreciation for the consensus reached by both sides for cooperation matters, and achievements made by project audit and technical exchanges. He hoped that bilateral efforts could be made to seek out more cooperation opportunities in areas like Indonesia and India, even in the world.
