Thus, in the framework of his visit to Italy, the Agriculture Minister held a bilateral meeting with Bangladesh Minister of Food Kamral Islam, during which the parties discussed the conditions of future cooperation, signing and implementation of a contract on the supply of Ukrainian grain.

"We have received the signed contract from our partners. This week, the Ukrainian party will fulfill its obligations as to signing and begin its implementation as soon as possible", Minister Ihor Shvaika assured.

As you know, in September, the ministers of the two states agreed to deepen cooperation and increase grain exports from Ukraine to the Republic of Bangladesh within two years. For Bangladesh, this contract is food security, for our country - securing of the image of a reliable trading partner in the international market. It is about the supply of 250,000 tons of grain per year.
