OREANDA-NEWS. November 24, 2014. IBA Group in cooperation with IBM Eastern Europe/Asia (IBM EE/A) and Netkom, an IBM distributor in the CIS countries, conducted the workshop Chancellor Day 2014 in Minsk, Belarus.

Sergei Akoulich, IBA IT Park CEO, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Akoulich said: “In 2015, the Chancellor project will celebrate its tenth anniversary. Over these years, many Belarusian enterprises and about a dozen of companies from the CIS countries created and implemented the systems of electronic document management based on the Chancellor product family.
