OREANDA-NEWS. November 20, 2014. VTB Bank has issued a RUB 1.87 billon guarantee for Urals Optical and Mechanical Plant (UOMZ) for execution of a municipal contract to design, build and maintain an outdoor lighting system in Nizhny Tagil.

"VTB is a longstanding financial partner of UOMZ, and has provided services to the plant for the last six years.This new bank guarantee will enable the plant to fulfill a major government contract worth RUB 9.37 billion, and will help Nizhny Tagil city hall toimprove local infrastructure and raise local living standards".
