OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in Rostov Region has concluded an insurance contract with Aramid LLC, a manufacturing enterprise (Kamensk-Shakhtinsky Town). The total sum insured under the contract is RUB 12.2 m.

The object of insurance is the R923 pneumo-mechanic spinning machine, which is a part of the equipment used to produce aramid yarn characterized by enhanced strength and high performance. These fibers and materials based on them are used, in particular, for the creation of special purpose clothes with advanced protective properties. Protective clothing can reduce the risks of worker's exposure to hazardous agents. For example, special overalls protect against high temperature, mechanical impacts, sparks, spatter of molten metal, etc.

The equipment is insured against the risks of fire, lightning, explosion of gas, natural disasters, water damage, theft, burglary and robbery, collision of vehicles, falling of manned aircraft, terrorist attacks and other risks.

Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch in the Rostov region and Aramid LLC have cooperated since July 2012.

Aramid LLC was created in 1995. The company develops technology and manufactures aramid fibers and yarns, heat resistant yarn, aramid and heat resistant fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, as well as special-purpose protective clothing. In 2009 the company was awarded the "Best Entrepreneur in Manufacturing Business" diploma, and in 2013, the products made by Aramid won "The Best Goods of the Don Region" competition.
