OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Ukrainian Odessa Region's Long-term foreign and local currency Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs) of 'CCC' and National Long-term rating of 'AA-(ukr) with Negative Outlook, and its Short-term foreign currency IDR of 'C'.

The ratings have been withdrawn as the issuer has chosen to stop participating in the rating process. Therefore, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to maintain the ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Odessa Region.
