From November 7, 2014 till December 25, 2014 (inclusively) according to the agreement No. 1 on payments of guaranteed refunds PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank conducts payments to depositors – private persons, funds of whom are subject to reimbursement by the Deposit Guarantee Fund, under deposits placed in PJSC “Green Bank”

Payments of funds are conducted in an amount of deposit with interests, accrued on the date of the decision of the National Bank of Ukraine about referring the bank to the category of insolvent bank and beginning of its withdrawal from the market, but not more than 200 000 UAH.

In order to get payment of guaranteed refunds and avoid queues in operational offices of PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank, You need to call to the contact centre of PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank for registration and checking of information, using telephone 0 800-500-546 (Calls from fixed phones within Ukraine are free).

Also you can register on the website of the Bank. The process of registration is conducted round the clock. In order to simplify the search process of a client in the register of depositors, depositor shall specify the registration number of a taxpayer's registration card (ID).

In order to get refunds according to a certificate of inheritance rights (other documents about inheritance) it is necessary to visit the Deposit Guarantee Fund.

Employees of the contact centre of PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank will indicate the date of visiting of the nearest operational office of PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank, where you can obtain your deposit.

When visiting the operational office of PJSC “Kyivska Rus” Bank at indicated date you should have the original of the passport and document of the registration number of a taxpayer's registration card (ID).
