OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2014. The Yaroslavl Engine Plant “Autodiesel” of GAZ Group presents the model of the in-line engine YAMZ-534 in the 32nd International Fair in Havana “FIHAV 2014”, which takes place in the exhibition center Expocuba.

The exhibition model of the 4-cylinder diesel engine YAMZ-530 family with the capacity of up to 190 h.p. is demonstrated in the joint booth of Autodiesel and Ivekta Company, the dealer of Yaroslavl Engine Plant in the Republic of Cuba. During the exhibition the representatives of GAZ Group will hold negotiations with potential YAMZ customers.

YAMZ-534 engine is intended for application in automotive and road construction vehicles. These engines are supplied to the automobile plants of GAZ Group: GAZ, PAZ, KAvZ, etc., besides YAMZ-534 is installed into the new GAZ medium trucks – GAZon NEXT. YAMZ-534 engine can be used for upgrading the wide range of vehicles including medium trucks and buses.

YAMZ-530 – is a new family of medium in-line 4- and 6-cylinder diesel Euro-4 engines with the capacity of 120 - 320 h.p. with the potential for Euro-5 and Euro-6. The series production of YAMZ-530 engines started in 2013 at the modern production site of Autodiesel having the 90% automation and the equipment from the world leading manufacturers.

The production management quality system of YAMZ-530 meets the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949. YAMZ-530 family applies the advanced constructive solutions on design, control, and operation of the core systems. YAMZ-530 engines offer a number of advantages of such characteristics as specific power, the level of fuel consumption, maintenance intervals, and the level of operating costs. The operational life of YAMZ-530 engines is up to 1 Mio. km. of the vehicle mileage.
