OREANDA-NEWS. A BSTDB delegation led by Ihsan Ugur Delikanli, President of BSTDB, visited Georgia and Armenia on November 3-7, 2014. During the visits the BSTDB delegation discussed national economic and investment policy priorities in the two counties in the framework of BSTDB country strategies for the 2015-2018 period.

In Georgia, President Delikanli and the Bank delegation met with Mr. Giorgi Kvirikashvili, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Sustainable Development; Mr. Giorgi Kadagidze, President of the National Bank and BSTDB Governor for Georgia and Mr. David Lezhava, Deputy Minister of Finance and BSTDB Director for Georgia.

The Bank's delegation discussed the preparation of the Bank's Annual Meeting and Business Forum to be held in Tbilisi in June 2015.

In Armenia, President Delikanli and the Bank delegation met with Mr. Hovik Abrahamyan, Prime Minister; Mr. Gagik Khachatryan, Minister of Finance; and Mr. Emil Tarasyan, Deputy Minister of Economy.

The Bank delegation was also received by Mr. Arthur Javadyan, Chairman of the National Bank and BSTDB Governor, and Mr. Vardan Aramyan, First Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the President and BSTDB Director for Armenia.
