Within the framework of CNews Forum 2014: Information Technologies Tomorrow, the Bank of Moscow was awarded for the victory in the nomination "The Best Mobile Banking Application of the Year". The Bank has won the prize for the Household Bills application released in summer 2014 for smartphones.

Household Bills is an application for the capital city residents that makes searching and paying household bills easier. The app uses payer's code or the bar code on the bill to help find information on accrued charges and pay for them using a credit card of any Russian bank. Muscovites do not have to pay for paper bills and store them anymore. The Household Bills application can save your payer code to check for new accruals. The app will fill in all required bank details automatically for faster payment.

"We intended to make a good quality application to be used by the Bank of Moscow and other customers," said Sergey Mednov, Board Member of the Bank of Moscow. "We are happy to have been awarded this prize. We are even happier to know that the Household Bills are in such demand."
