OREANDA-NEWS. Rating Agency "Expert Rating" upgraded long term credit rating of PSC Prominvestbank up to uaAAА and credit rating of the Bank's issued bonds.

November 12, 2014 the rating committee of national Rating Agency "Expert Rating" decided to upgrade long term credit rating of PSC Prominvestbank and credit rating of the Bank's issued bonds to the level of uaAAA according to the Ukrainian national scale.

The Agency specialists stated the positive change dynamic of the Bank's key indicators for the first nine months of 2014 and also the following factors having a positive effect on the Bank's solvency:

- net profit of PSC Prominvestbank for the nine months of 2014 is equal to UAH 1,077 bn.;

- very good level of the Bank's provision with liquidity, especially on the norms of instant and short term liquidity;

- availability of the reserve on the equity norms of the Bank on 01.10.2014;

- in due time and in full the performance of obligations on its bonds by the Bank in 2014 (on July 30, 2014 PSC Prominvestbank in due time and fully performed its obligations on repayment of the bonds of Series F);

- the Bank has informed that the issue of additional capitalization of PSC Prominvestbank by the additional issue of shares which will provide not only the performance of the NBU requirements by PSC Prominvestbank but also will create additional reserve of stability for the Bank.
