OREANDA-NEWS. November 14, 2014. СТС Media, Inc. (СТС Media or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:CTCM), a leading independent media company in Russia, announces the appointment of Oleg Kuzmin as Chief Strategic Communications Officer of CTC Media.

Mr. Kuzmin’s responsibilities will include development and implementation of the Company’s PR strategy and communications policy, investor relations, external and internal communications, corporate social responsibility and communications support for the TV channels’ projects.

Earlier, Oleg Kuzmin headed communications and marketing projects in different sectors of the economy from heavy industry to media and sports.

Mr. Kuzmin was Vice President of Corporate Communications at EVRAZ, the international steel and mining company, and before that he was a member of the Management Board and Director for Corporate Affairs at INTERPIPE, the pipe and wheel company. Earlier, Mr. Kuzmin headed the Department for External Relations and Communications at the EUROCEMENT group and held senior positions at Ogilvy Public Relations, a public relations agency.
