OREANDA-NEWS. The purpose of the joint information product is to enhance the efficiency of training and staff competence level monitoring.

The new system allows almost complete abandoning of paperwork that means reducing the time for submittal and consideration of the staff training application, simplifying the planning process for training and enabling to monitor the expiry dates for the OHS and FS certificates of the employees automatically.

The Educatiоn training control system has passed the benchmark testing, final tuning is in progress, and it is planned to be put into industrial operation in November. All users of the system have already received the training.

The system is to be developed in the nearest time: it is planned to make the database with personal records of the employees including the information on the training received. This will allow electronic competence level monitoring for the employees of Uralmashzavod.
