OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2014. 13,600 customers of the International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC (IBA) have used R@ndevu service provided by the bank.

According to the IBA Press Service, R@ndevu service enables customers to save their time and gives an opportunity to get prompt services in the bank’s branches. The service provides for the customer to arrange a meeting a day before visiting a branch. The largest number of meetings has been arranged in Yasamal and Central branches of the bank.

To take advantage of R@ndevu service a customer should contact the IBA Information Center (437 7900 or *2265) or visit the bank’s web site (randevu.ibar.az) and inform on the time of the meeting, required service and his/her contacts. The bank customers should come to the bank’s branch in due time where they will be serviced in priority order out of turn. However, it’s important for a customer to come to the branch without delay; otherwise he/she will be serviced in general order. The bank started providing R@ndevu service in 2013.
