“We want to ensure that our subscribers are able to use the services of "Bakcell" anywhere and as much as they wish, and for this purpose we are constantly improving our roaming services, reviewing our rates, and increasing the number of partner countries and operators. The UAE is one of the most visited countries by our subscribers. In order to provide them with an opportunity to take advantage of favorable tariffs, while travelling in this country, we have for the first time in Azerbaijan reduced the mobile Internet prices to unprecedentedly low levels, and made significant changes to voice services as well. We believe that this offer will be appreciated by our customers”, said Mr. Richard Shearer, CEO of “Bakcell”.
“Bakcell” has roaming agreements with more than 370 mobile operators from more than 166 countries, and this number is increasing.
We should also mention the fact that “Bakcell” subscribers have the opportunity to top-up their balance even while being abroad. Currently, the international top-up service is available in Russia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates.
