OREANDA-NEWS.  November 10, 2014. Resettlement questions from Eastern Kazakhstan labour-surplus regions have been discussed today during the visit of Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development Daulet Argandykov.
At the conference in Ust-Kamenogorsk an electronic map of resettlement was also presented. It is a map with a list of towns of EKR in which there is a shortage of personnel.

"When you click on a certain village, information about available vacancies and housing (on ERM-2020, by means of funds from the district budget, employer, at your own expense, and etc.), as well as availability of land, free seats in schools, kindergartens, training opportunities in TVE is provided. In addition, the creators of the website attach photos of the village," the head of management of employment coordination and social programs of EKR Aizhan Sadykova said.

Deputy Minister D. Argandykov rated the map, noting that "electronic map is visual and easy to use."

"We must move quickly for embodiment. Other communication methods to inform the population should be used in addition to the website. Subsidies for migrants were identified within the "ERM 2020". This component is introduced in the second half of 2011. Almost 15 thousand people have moved since the beginning of implementation of the "Employment Roadmap". This is done in order to provide jobs for people," Deputy Minister of Health and Social Development of Kazakhstan said.

Now people who wish to move to East Kazakhstan Region by the Resettlement program can go to the website of coordination of employment and social programs and get information about any locality participating in the program. One can also contact local employment center and get necessary information and, possibly, pass an online interview with future employer.
