OREANDA-NEWS.  November 07, 2014. According to the decision taken at the General meeting of shareholders, in particular, members of the Board of Sudzucker Moldova for the period of 4 years were elected: Thomas Kirchberg, Cornelius Willer, Rainer Schechter, Steffen Mayer and Sergei Cebotari.

The shareholders also approved the annual report of the Board of the company for 2013, reviewed the annual financial report for the previous year, the report of the audit Committee, made changes and additions to the regulations of society.

By the end of 2013, Sudzucker Moldova has suffered losses amounting to more than 4.9 million lei, so the question of distribution of the annual profit was irrelevant. Audit company for 2014 was approved PricewaterhouseCoopers.
