Project of TATNEFT Acknowledged Best in SAP Contest
OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2014. The partner solution in the field of personnel management on SAP ERP HCM platform developed by the professionals of JSC TATNEFT and Energy Consulting was recognized the best at the SAP Solutions Russian Localization Summit.
The contest for the best partner solution in SAP ERP FI/LO (Finance and Logistics) and SAP ERP HCM (HR Management) areas was arranged and held within the frame of the annual SAP Solutions Russian Localization Summit SAP- 2014 in Moscow.
The Personnel Office of JSC TATNEFT and Energy Consulting Company had presented a solution for development of an employment contract and its supplementary agreements, which was recognized as the best one based on voting results of the SAP customers and professionals and will be certified by SAP as a standalone software product.
The solution on the development of the employment contract and its supplementary agreements was implemented at JSC TATNEFT in 2014. It is applied now at 22 structural divisions of the Company. The solution is fully integrated with the automated processes of the personnel records management, organization of labor and wages, processes of labor protection and industrial safety.
The solution has been developed by the professionals of the JSC TATNEFT's Personnel Office, SAP service, Industrial Safety Department, JSC TATNEFT's Office of Labor Organization and Wages together with a consultants' team of Energy Consulting Company. In the employment contract development the created system automatically displays in the employment contract the employee's personal data, organizational assignment information, remuneration of labor, working and recreation conditions, as well as the data on working conditions at the specific workplace.
The supplementary agreements to the employment contract are formed automatically. Also implemented there are supplementary agreement wide-scale tools to develop supplementary agreements in connection with the wages indexation and the working conditions changes.
As a result of the project implementation the professionals of TATNEFT Company have succeeded in distributing the responsibility matrix for each item of the employment contract between the various services: Personnel Office, Office of Labor Organization and Wages and Industrial Safety and Labor Protection Department.
The successfully implemented at JSC TATNEFT system provides for bringing the employment contract in line with the labor laws and reducing the time for the employment contract development by 87%.
This is already the second victory in the SAP contest in the HR management area. In 2013, establishment of a contingency reserve for payment of unused vacation days in the accounting for the quarterly inventory developed by Energy Consulting together with JSC TATNEFT was recognized the best clients' solution in the SAP ERP HCM area.
