OREANDA-NEWS. November 07, 2014. MERLION, the biggest Russian VAD-distributor, and Honeywell Security Group (subdivision of Honeywell international corporation, majoring in solutions in the field of security) announced the signing of a distribution agreement.

According to its terms and conditions MERLION gets the right to perform direct supplies of the full, budget line of Honeywell Security Group solutions to the territory of Russia.

Honeywell Security Group is the world leading developer and manufacturer of access control systems, security alarm and video surveillance systems, as well as integrated solutions on assurance of security of commercial and residential buildings. The Russian representative office of Honeywell international corporation was opened in 1972. Traditionally the company does not work directly with the end users, performing supplies via a limited chain of direct partners.
