OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC "Magnit", Russia's largest food retailer (the "Company", MICEX and LSE: MGNT), held a Board of Directors (BoD) meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2014. Please see below for a summary of the results of that BoD meeting.

Form of EGM: absentee voting.

Dividends: The BoD put forward the recommendation to the EGM that PJSC "Magnit" make a dividend payment to shareholders following the "9 months of 2014 financial year results":

Total amount of Dividends - 14,379,945,254.85 rubles Amount of Dividends per Share - 152.07 rubles

The last date the voting ballots shall be accepted - December 18, 2014.

Divided Record Date: December 30, 2014.

EGM Record Date: November 10, 2014.

Shareholder Public Notification of EGM: Prior to November 17, 2014.
