OREANDA-NEWS. November 06, 2014. JSC “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” informs that the Latvian Central depositarium registered the first episode of TKB bond issue.

The first episode of the issue of bonds has got the ISIN code – LV0000801587.

As it was reported before, JSC “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” will launch issue of subordinated bonds within the scope of the public offer programme worth 10 million euro and will issue bonds in the amount of 5 million euro. It will be the first issue within the programme mentioned above. The bonds will be included in the debt securities list of NASDAQ OMX Riga.
