OREANDA-NEWS. JSC Rosseti and CJSC “Teplocom Holding Management Company” signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of energy efficient innovative technologies based on domestic developments in Russian grid complex companies. The agreement covers the sites located in the Southern, Northwest, Ural, and Siberian federal districts.

The document was signed by First Deputy General Director for Technical Policy of Rosseti, Roman Berdnikov, and CEO of Teplocom Holding, Andrey Lipatov, at the International RuGrids-Electro Electric Power Forum.

The Agreement aims at promoting long-term and effective cooperation, including in the following areas: introduction of energy-efficient innovative technologies based on domestic developments; creation and expansion of services aimed at reducing operating costs at the facilities of Rosseti Group; introduction of solar-power collectors with a view to utilizing Teplocom's production capacities; construction of Smart Grid systems based on Teplocom's innovative technical solutions; implementation of an automated system of commercial power consumption audit (ASKUPE)

Under the agreement, Teplocom offers cost-effective solutions to reduce consumption of fuel and energy resources (electricity and heat, hot and cold water) at the production facilities of companies of Rosseti Group - Volgogradenergo, Chelyabenergo, Novgorodenergo, Kolenergo, Omskenergo, and also offers a range of work to reduce energy consumption of administrative-commercial buildings and manufacturing-production facilities, and organizes the maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of energy-saving systems.
