OREANDA-NEWS. TMM Company has commissioned 60.4 thousand sq. m of real estate in the current year by completing two residential projects in two cities: 3rd phase of Sonyachna Brama complex (Kyiv) and 3rd phase of Green Town complex (Kharkiv).

Alexei Govorun, Deputy CEO, Sales and Marketing, commented: “Despite the difficult economic situation we did not stop construction of our projects. Commissioning of the two projects was scheduled for the beginning of the current year, but the completion documents issuing period was extended due to the difficult situation in Ukraine and unstable work of the state authorities.”

In 2015 TMM is planning to start construction of two new projects: in Kyiv region and in Kharkiv, and complete construction of Sonyachna Brama residential complex, Lomonosova St., Kyiv.
