OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2014. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" was held in Nizhnekamsk (Republic of Tatarstan).

It was attended by Rinat Sabirov, Assistant to President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Anvar Vakhitov, Director of "Tatneft-Petrochim" Management Company, Radii Burganov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina", Farid Gaifutdinov, Deputy Chief of URNiN of JSC "Tatneft" and Nickolai Zelenov, Advisor to Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina".

The issues of early termination of the powers of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" and election of a new Board of Directors of the Company were considered at the meeting, amendments were introduced into the Provision on the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" and the meeting approved interested party  transactions.

The shareholders elected a new Board of Directors consisting  of 9 people, including: Anvar Vakhitov, Director of "Tatneft-Petrochim" Management Company; Radii Burganov, Executive Director of "Nizhnekamskshina"; Farid Gaifutdinov, Deputy Chief of URNiN of JSC "Tatneft"; Nickolay Evseykin, Head of Business Process Analysis Department, Strategic Planning Office of JSC "Tatneft"; Rinat Zien, Head of Economic Department of JSC "Tatneft"; Nurislam Syubaev, Head of Strategic Planning Office, Advisor to General Director of JSC "Tatneft" on Foreign Trade and Financial/Banking Issues; Irek Khafizov, Head of Production and Technical Department, "Tatneft- Petrochim" Management Company; Ilgizar Yakushev, Deputy General Director of JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding".

Rinat Sabirov, Assistant to President of Tatarstan was appointed as member of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nizhnekamskshina" on the basis of the golden share owned by the Government of Tatarstan.
