OREANDA-NEWS. November 05, 2014. The Board of Directors took note of the implementation of the main development directions of AK BARS Bank for 2014 (the results of the III quarter and the first 9 months of 2014) and listened to the Report of the Comptroller of AK BARS Bank for the III quarter of 2014, and furthermore, approved the main targets in budget formation of AK BARS Bank for 2015.

The Members of the Board of Directors of AK BARS Bank decided on further actions in respect to CJSC CB "Naratbank" and approved CJSC "Registration Company" "STATUS" as a registrar of AK BARS Bank as well confirmed the contract terms with the latter.

In addition, the Board of Directors approved a number of documents: the Regulation "On the Internal Audit Service of AK BARS Bank", "The Regulation "On the Internal Control Service of AK BARS Bank and The Corporate Governance Code of AK BARS Bank in a new edition.

At the end of the meeting the Board of Directors approved the transactions in which the bank has a concern and the transactions linked to the AK BARS Bank's officials.
