YUM! Brands Russia Reduces Cost of HR-Management with MAYKOR-GMCS
OREANDA-NEWS. YUM! Brands Russia (KFC and Pizza Hut), the Russian division of the global restaurant company, has optimized HR processes with a web tool. GMCS (a subsidiary of MAYKOR) has designed the web application that expands abilities of corporate HRM-system based on Boss-Kadrovik and reduces the load on the HR-department of the customer.
The solution consists of personal accounts for employees of YUM! Brands Russia and comfortable services for HR specialists and managers in restaurants. The personal account allows the restaurant personnel to form an absence request, a business trip request, track the status of its review, print a file of necessary documents, view the bank account, including information on premiums or penalties, transaction history and dynamics of changes in payroll, as well as make a request to the HR department using the feedback form. Managers of restaurants have the current list of managees with the ability to run reports on the non-attendance of employees. Personnel enter the hours worked in the personal account. At the end of each shift, the managers check and confirm the sheet of hours worked. Then, the data will be sent to the Boss-Kadrovik.
For HR specialists the solution functionality includes management of transfer and temporarily relocation, which provides the correct use of working time of employees and payroll calculation to open new restaurants or hire new personnel for old ones. In addition, there is the possibility to analyze the worked time on-line, print the necessary forms, and manage requests of employees received with personal cabinet.
GMCS has been cooperating with YUM! Brands Russia for several years under the support of automated HRM-system based on Boss-Kadrovik. Services are provided on terms of technical outsourcing and include monitoring of the system, eliminating of errors, consulting programmers and users of the customer.

The web tool optimizes the performance of HR-department, unloades it from the routine work and get rid of the large volume of reference questions - now employees can interactively obtain the necessary information in the personal account. The application has optimized the time-board accounting, reduced the time for execution of absence, business trips and other requests, transfer of employees. Currently, we are developing the web-solution together with the customer," says Oleg Kotov, Director of HRMS Department, GMCS.
