OREANDA-NEWS. October 31, 2014. The CEO of Homag Group AG, Dr. Markus Flik, is stepping down from the management board of Homag Group AG of his own volition as of November 30, 2014, in order to take on a new professional challenge, the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Dr. Markus Flik on leaving the company: “The HomagGroup is on a good path. This will continue to be the case as part of Durr. I enjoyed working together with the colleagues in the Homag Group in the past three and a half years – an excellent team. My decision to step down as a member of the management board and CEO of Homag Group AG is a purely personal one.”

The supervisory board appointed Durr CFO Ralph Heuwing as a new member of the management board with effect as of October 27, 2014. Mr. Heuwing will assume the position of CEO on December 1, 2014. Ralph Heuwing will continue his duties as CFO of Durr AG at the same.
