OREANDA-NEWS. A Contract System Shared Services Center (CSSSC) was opened in Krasnodar under auspices of the Krasnodar Region Administration, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (CCI Russia), the CCI of Krasnodar Region, the Bank of Moscow, the United Electronic Market Place (UEMP), and TimeCredit, LLC.

The opening ceremony was attended by: the Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow Maxim Kokorin, the First Deputy Head of the Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Region Dzhambulat Khatuov, the Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yuriy Tkachenko, the Deputy Director of the Department of Business and Services of the CCI Russia Sergey Polubotko, the Head of the Department for Financial and Stock Market of the Krasnodar Region Igor Slavinskiy, the Director General of the UEMP, JSC Anton Emelyanov.

Maxim Kokorin explained that one of the key objectives of the CSSSC foundation was to make trading accessible for small and medium business, pursuant to Federal Law 44-FZ. The CSSSC is based on the "tone-stop-shop" principle, when business can get a whole range of financial and banking services for stock trading not only under Federal Law FZ-44, but also pursuant to Federal Law FZ-223, as well as can get consulting assistance or solve technical issues related to inclusion in the e-trading system.

Let us recall that the opening of the CSSSC was foreshadowed by the signing of a five-party agreement on cooperation between the Administration of the Krasnodar Region, the CCI Russia, the CCI of the Krasnodar Region, the Bank of Moscow and the UEMP, within the framework of the XIII International Investment Forum Sochi-2014.

"Our common goal is to involve into the federal contract system as many companies as possible, first of all small and medium-sized ones," said Maxim Kokorin at the opening ceremony. "The CSSSC will help regional business to get access to the multi-billion market of government contracts, and will also offer a whole range of banking and expert support services starting with bidding assistance and ending in providing finance to bidders."
