OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data of the Georgian National Statistics Office "GeoStat", in January-September 2014, Georgia's foreign trade turnover made USS 8 376 million (excluding spontaneous trade), that is by 10% more as compared with the same period of 2013.

In the reporting period, export made over USD 2 153 million (by 7% more), while import - over USD 6 223 million (by 12% more).

Georgia's negative trade balance made USD 4 070 million, 49% of the total foreign trade turnover.
