OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2014. SORAINEN Lithuania advised ECE group, an Austrian investor, on sale of the TRIO business centre through a share deal. The centre was acquired by Nordic and Baltic Property Group, a Swedish investor.

The TRIO business centre is a contemporary set of offices for lease, situated in the latest developing dynamic district of Vilnius, along one of the most important transport arteries, Ukmerge street and the future Western bypass in Vilnius. The premises of the centre (12,000 m2) are leased out to such tenants as Swedbank, Vilniaus duona, Pieno zvaigzdes, General Financing, Santa Monica Networks, CSC TELECOM, and others.

SORAINEN advice included assistance during due diligence, preparing and negotiating transaction documents as well as signing and closing the transaction.
