OREANDA-NEWS. Izhorskiye Zavody, as a part of OMZ Group, successfully completed the works on mounting of in-vessel internals in hydrotreater units of the 1st and 2nd stage of the vacuum gasoil plant at Syzransky refinery OJSC (a part of Rosneft Oil Company OJSC).

Hydrotreater units were manufactured within the contract signed by Izhorskiye Zavody in 2012 and delivered to the client's site in the autumn of 2013.

Contract liabilities of Izhorskiye Zavody comprised not only the manufacture and delivery of two heavy petrochemical reactors to the client's site, but also the provision of additional services, in particular, mounting of in-vessel internals in the reactors directly at the construction site of the refinery.

General management, field supervision, technical support, and also coordination of all mounting works were carried out by specialists of Izhorskiye Zavody service centre. Mounting of in-vessel internals was the final stage of the order fulfillment - all contract liabilities levied on Izhorskiye Zavody were fully completed.

Carrying out of additional services offered by Izhorskiye Zavody to their clients is one of the competitive advantages of the enterprise, as the high quality of mounting works carried out by the manufacturing plant is an additional guarantee of the equipment reliability and safety during its operation.
