The next issues of FAS “Russian Competition Law and Economics” research-to-practice journal is published on the official web-site of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia). The issue was prepared by FAS together with the Non-Profit Partnership for Competition Support.

In 2014, FAS and the Non-Profit Partnership had several large projects together, including the forth antimonopoly package, and the work on amending No.220 FAS Order “On the Procedures for Analyzing the State of Competition” on the Market”, drafting proposals on improving the law on unfair competition, devising practical comments to the Law “On Protection of Competition”, etc.

“Majority of those novelties are described in the third issue of the journal”, said the editor-in-chief, the Head of FAS Analytical Department, Alexei Sushkevich. “Apart from this, the authors covered the issues of improving the Regulations on FAS Presidium, introducing antimonopoly compliance, anti-cartel efforts, as well as regulation and enforcement on the industry markets”.
