OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2014. Board of Directors of JSC “Halyk Bank” (hereinafter – Bank) adopted decision on voluntary liquidation of subsidiary company HSBK (Europe) B.V. in Netherlands.

According to the legislation of Netherlands waiting period of 2 months should take place and fillings in authorized bodies of Netherlands would take additional 2-3 weeks after that.

The liquidation is expected to be finalized in December 2014 – January 2015.
