OREANDA-NEWS. TMM Company has commissioned the third phase* of its business-class residential project, Sonyachna Brama, located at 73-79 Lomonosova St., Kyiv. The Certificate of Compliance was received on 14 October 2014.

The third phase of the residential complex comprises 3 residential buildings. Total area of 234 apartments is 21.8 ths. m2. Total area of commercial premises is 2.4 ths. m2; the total area of underground parking for 157 spaces is 13 ths. m2.

TMM is continuing sales of properties in the third phase of Sonyachna Brama complex. Over 65% of the apartments were sold as of the date of commissioning.

The first and second phases of the project were commissioned in 2010 and 2013 respectively. Currently, 12 out of 16 buildings of the complex have been commissioned. The fourth phase of Sonyachna Brama complex is under construction.
