OREANDA-NEWS. Being a socially responsible company, Bank "Finance and Credit" fulfils its obligations to its employees from branches in Lugansk and Donetsk regions in full.

'By fulfilling the requirements of certain regulations, we had to suspend most of our branches in the Eastern region from operating so as to ensure the security of our employees and customers. However, we didn't cease to pay salaries to our employees. Besides we offered all of them to transfer to other branches of the Bank and continue their work in other structural units. To date 15 employees have taken advantage of this opportunity,' says Antonina Dobrovolska, Head of HR & OD of Bank "Finance and Credit".

In the period from July to September, 2014, the Bank paid off to its employees from Lugansk and Donetsk bank branches their salaries in the amount of UAH 2.5 million.

Bank "Finance and Credit" was established in 1990 and ranks among the largest banks by the volume of assets according to the NBU classification.

As of 01.10.2014 the network of Bank "Finance and Credit" consists of 299 agent locations operating throughout Ukraine.
