OREANDA-NEWS. URALSIB | Insurance within the corporate programm "Service equal opportunities" started implementation of the project on creation of remote workplaces for people with disabilities. First candidates have already graduated and started to work.

In the third quarter of 2014 Insurance group URALSIB implemented software for remote office and held a series of seminars with the final certification. Together with the Foundation "Quality of life" company "launched" the first group of students in "Operator data entry of insurance policies and provided an opportunity to practice the acquired knowledge. "Operator - valued employee for the insurer. From the precision of his work depends on the speed with which will operate all the company. So we had a serious approach to the selection of candidates. This specialty requires self-discipline, ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information and the ability to "communicate" with documents, - commented the head of the program on employment RBOF "Quality of life" Larisa Stasevich. - I congratulate everybody who have completed the course. For the implementation of the "Service equal opportunities" IG URALSIB cooperates with the regional public organization of disabled people "Perspektiva" (Moscow), Regional centre for employment of persons with disabilities (Izhevsk) and a rehabilitation Center for persons with disabilities (Bryansk).

Foundation "Quality of Life" was founded in 2000. The aim of its activities is to assist in improving the quality of life of the population of Russia in General and assistance to socially vulnerable groups of citizens (people with disabilities, homeless and street children, and other groups, who needs in social and medical assistance). Charitable Foundation "Quality of life" during last four years has been implementing the project of employment the persons with disabilities to a free labor market and providing them with special jobs in business companies.
