OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2014. PT Pertamina’s (Persero) board of commissioner officially appointed the company’s upstream director, Muhamad Husen, as the acting president director.
 
The appointment was mentioned in the Interim President Director Appointment Letter No. 289/K/DK/2014 dated 30 September 2014. Pertamina’s board of commissioner also sent a letter to the State-Owned Enterprise Minister as the company’s shareholders’ meeting on that appointment.
 
Based on article 10 verse 25 point b of Pertamina’s basic constitution, the board of commissioner uses its right to appoint one of members of board of director to be the acting president director. For that purpose, Muhamad Husen, who currently serves as upstream director, has been appointed as the acting president director effective since October 1, 2014 until the shareholders’ meeting appoints a new definitive president director.
 
Meanwhile, today (1/10), the State-Owned Enterprise Minister as the shareholders meeting has submitted the letter to Karen Agustiawan to officially terminate her from her position as the president director of PT Pertamina (Persero).
