OREANDA-NEWS. October 15, 2014. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “Vostok” Ltd., “Dogori Sibiri” Ltd., “No.364 DEP” OJSC, No.363 DEP” OJSC, and individual entrepreneur Oganesyan upon elements of violating Clause 2 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”.

FAS suspects that economic entities entered in an anticompetitive agreement aimed at maintaining prices at open electronic auctions and quotations requests for maintenance (construction and repair) of “Yenisei” М-54 Highway from Krasnoyarsk through Abakan and Kyzyl to the border with Mongolia.

“Efficient allocation of considerable budgetary funds in road construction requires proper state control. Opening the proceedings means that FAS continues the practice of suppressing cartels in public procurement”, pointed out the Head of FAS Anti-Cartel Department, Andrey Tenischev.
