OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA Rating Agency (RAEX) assigned Russian Sea Group credit rating A (long-term creditworthiness), which means "High level of creditworthiness", the third sub-level. The outlook is "stable", which means the likelihood of mid term rating stability is high.

High profitability ratios at year-end 2013, high insurance coverage reliability and high level of financial information disclosure exerted positive influence on the rating of Russian Sea Group.

Rating-restraining influence was exerted by high level of debt burden as of 26.08.2014, low diversification of business activities, low capital adequacy as well as low diversification of the liabilities structure.
