OREANDA-NEWS. JSC "Grindeks" informs that the Supervisory Council of the company has reelected Vadims Rabsa, Chief Finance and Administrative Officer, as the Member of the Board for another term of the office - three years.

The reason for the reelection - expiry of the term of the office on 13 October 2014. V. Rabsa doesn't own shares of JSC "Grindeks".

The Chairman of the Board Juris Bundulis and the Member of the Board Sergejs Batalins continue their work in the Board of JSC "Grindeks".
