OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2014. The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation discussed a draft Federal Law “On Introducing Changes to the Federal Law “On Security of Fuel-and Energy Facilities”. Representatives of FAS Fiscal Control Department took part in the discussions.

The event was organized with support of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on Public Control, Public Expert Examination and Cooperation with Public Councils, the Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on Business Security, the Union of Self-Regulated Private Security Organizations, and Coordination Council on Private Security.

The issues of compliance with the antimonopoly law in drafting laws related to security of fuel-and energy facilities remain in the focus of FAS attention. Participation in such events enables the antimonopoly body to cooperate effectively with the authorities and non-government organizations under the scope of its powers to prevent competition restrictions in this field.
