OREANDA-NEWS. Mud system is equipment for preparation, circulation and cleaning of drilling mud, which contains lifted cuttings. The equipment consists of units whose number and function depend on drilling technique.

The Industrial Group "Generation" developed documentation for the equipment required and now transmits it to the designers and process engineers of Uralmashplant. The enterprise specialists will adapt it to suit the manufacturing capabilities of the plant. These mud systems feature three-level design. They differ from the conventional ones supplied to Uralmash NGO Holding with their side panels and roofs (for heat insulation of equipment). These mud systems are erected at customer's site, but the complete trial assembly will be carried out at the Uralmashplant site.

'The order for the Industrial Group "Generation" is very interesting to us' - says Dmitriy Smachnykh, chief of welding department. - 'It will allow raising the utilization of our welding capacities, as well as getting further contracts and attracting new customers if all the terms and product quality requirements are fulfilled,' - he adds.
